The CSE Computing Services Help Desk Staff provide technical support for the Faculty, Staff, and Students in the CSE Department. Our hours of operation and contact information are provided below.

Sunday: 11:30am - 10:30pm Monday: 8:00am - 10:30pm Tuesday: 8:00am - 10:30pm Wednesday: 8:00am - 10:30pm Thursday: 8:00am - 10:30pm Friday: 8:00am - 6:30pm Saturday: 10:00am - 5:30pm

The CSE Help Desk provides many services to the CSE Community. The Help Desk answers technical questions and fixes problems related to Accounts, PCs, Printing, Wireless Access, Backups and Restores, and Locks/Security.

The Help Desk also offers services such as MSDNAA software checkout, support for researchers, poster printing for Grad Students, laptops and projectors are also available for Faculty to reserve. See the list below for a description and links to all of the services we offer.
