Accreditation Statement
The Ohio State University is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. The BA CIS program is not accredited by any commission of ABET, Inc. (http://www.abet.org); and has not sought such accreditation.
Description
The BA CIS program offers students a broad, liberal education, along with specialized study in computer and information science. The program permits students to combine the study of computer science with the study of some related field that has a strong potential for computing applications.
