Rehab game in the news

Posted:

“Recovery Rapids,” a rehabilitation ‘game’ created by Dr. Roger Crawfis with his research collaborator Lynne Gauthier, was featured in a news report on Fox’s Good Day Columbus. In the video, Dr. Gauthier describes the application of the game and it is demonstrated by Garrett Davis, an undergraduate student in CSE. This work is in part funded by the Patients Centered Outcomes Research Institute Pilot Grants Program. It is in the process of being commercialized to reach more people through a new startup, Games That Move You. Dr. Gauthier is an Assistant Professor in the Ohio State Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
